Christina Franklin teaches middle school World Cultures as part of the Global Arts team and helps run the Explorations program at the elementary school. She is certified in 6-12 Social Science and Elementary Education. She has been teaching in the classroom since 2005, earning her M.Ed. in Curriculum & Instruction in 2010 from the University of South Florida. Christina has been a member of the Global Schools Project at USF, a faculty advisor for Model UN, and mentored students for the ISTI Stem Challenge. She recently moved to the Raleigh area in 2019 and is enjoying exploring the area with her husband and son. When not working, you can find her working on a home project, reading, making cards & scrapbooking, or relaxing with her family.
