Jen Christian, Kindergarten

Jen Christian is thrilled to be part of the kindergarten team. She is a proud graduate of UNC with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and earned her K-6 teaching license from North Carolina Central University. She is married to a fellow educator and they have 2 children, Colby and Stella. Together they live in downtown Raleigh, within walking distance to the elementary campus! She is an avid reader, an aspiring plant lady, and a terrible cook. She has over 10 years of teaching experience in kindergarten and pre-k. To her, teaching is not a job, it is a calling. It was put on her heart to be an educator. She wants her students to develop a life-long love of learning. She wants them to grow to be good citizens, hard workers, and loving members of our society.
