Michelle Duncan Student Services Coordinator Michelle Duncan has been a dedicated member of The Exploris School community for the past eight years, serving as the Student Services Coordinator. With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Counseling and Human Services, Michelle brings a wealth of expertise to her role. As the 504 coordinator, school counselor, and McKinney Vento Coordinator, Michelle plays a vital role in supporting students' academic and social-emotional well-being. She is instrumental in developing and implementing interventions for students, assisting with grant writing, community outreach, and family engagement. With over 17 years of experience as a school counselor, Michelle has worked with students of all ages, from kindergarten to 12th grade. Her passion for helping young people reach their full potential is evident in her dedication to her work. When not at school, Michelle enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and gardening. She also stays up-to-date on the latest research in child development, ensuring that her approach to counseling is informed by the most current evidence-based practices.
