Michelle Parkerson, School Improvement Coach

Michelle Parkerson joined the Exploris community as a parent in 2014 when the Elementary Campus opened. Soon after she was hired on staff and has served in a variety of roles including, Interventionist, MTSS Coach, Associate Director of Middle Grades, Instructional Coach, and Interim Leadership Team. Michelle is a graduate of The State University of New York at Fredonia where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English as well as 6-12 teaching license from The College of Education. She also holds a K-12 Literacy Specialist license and has engaged in extensive training around school leadership, instructional, and systems coaching. Michelle has been serving students, teachers, and school leaders for over twenty years and appreciates how Exploris allows her to find innovative ways to utilize her expertise.
